South Beach Diet Plan- How and why it works

Replace red meat in your diet for white meat.

As the first phase involves having lots of vegetables, buy fresh and seasonal vegetables in abundance. Include green vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli along with tomatoes, radish and celery in your diet.
